01 What is this report?
This is an automated monthly health report for your Microsoft 365 tenant, generated by our AI-powered Xpress Cloud Managed Services platform. It provides a snapshot of your security posture, license usage, storage status, and security alerts.
02 How is the data collected?
All data is retrieved securely and automatically from Microsoft's cloud services using the Microsoft 365 Servers API. No human intervention is involved in the data collection or report generation process.
03 Can you see our emails or files?
Absolutely not. Our access is strictly limited to read-only security metrics — Secure Score, license inventory counts, storage usage summaries, and security alert summaries. We have zero access to any emails, documents, files, or personal data.
04 How often will I receive this report?
The report is delivered automatically on the 1st of every month via email, with the PDF report attached.
05 What is the Secure Score?
Microsoft Secure Score is a measurement of your organization's security posture. A higher score means more security recommendations have been implemented. It is calculated by Microsoft based on your tenant's security configurations.
06 Our Secure Score is low. What should we do?
The report includes specific recommendations to improve your score. Common improvements include enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), configuring email security policies, and addressing open security alerts. Our cloud team can help — contact us to schedule a complimentary security review.
07 What does HIGH RISK / MEDIUM RISK / LOW RISK mean?
This is based on your Secure Score percentage:
• LOW RISK (Green) — Score 70% or above
• MEDIUM RISK (Orange) — Score 40% to 69%
• HIGH RISK (Red) — Score below 40%
08 How accurate is the data?
The data is retrieved directly from Microsoft's cloud services at the time of report generation. It reflects the state of your tenant at that exact point in time. While we take every care to ensure accuracy, minor variations may occur due to timing of data refresh cycles.
