Last updated: 14 August 2026
By accessing our website (xpress.co.in), using our services, or subscribing to Xpress Manage365, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services Provided
Xpress provides Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, AI/Copilot and managed IT services, including the Xpress Manage365 managed reporting service. Specific service scope, pricing and deliverables for any engagement are agreed separately in a quotation, order form or statement of work.
Xpress Manage365 & Microsoft 365 Access
To deliver Xpress Manage365 reports, you (or your organisation's Global Administrator) must grant admin consent authorising Xpress to access specific Microsoft Graph API data (such as Secure Score, license and subscription information) for reporting purposes only.
- ✓ We access only the data required to generate agreed reports
- ✓ We do not access, read or store the content of emails, files or Teams messages
- ✓ You may revoke admin consent at any time through the Microsoft Entra admin center
- ✓ Revoking consent will stop future report generation for that tenant
Subscriptions, Billing & Renewals
Xpress Manage365 and other subscription services are billed on the plan and billing period (quarterly or annual) selected at signup. Renewal terms, applicable taxes (including GST for Indian customers) and any partner-specific discount programmes are as communicated at the time of purchase. Failure to renew may result in suspension of report delivery until payment is completed.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website or services, including attempting unauthorised access to our systems, reverse-engineering our platform, or using our services for any unlawful purpose. Partner accounts (including white-labelled Xpress Manage365 access) must only be used to onboard tenants and customers with proper authorisation.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, our reports, our platform code and the Xpress and Xpress Manage365 brand names and logos remain the property of Xpress Computers Ltd. Reports generated for you are licensed for your internal business use.
Limitation of Liability
